This Anti‑Phospholipid IgM ELISA Kit adopts indirect enzyme‑linked immunosorbent assay for qualitative and quantitative detection of anti‑phospholipid IgM antibodies in human serum or plasma samples. Anti‑phospholipid IgM antibody is a critical biomarker for antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), arterial & venous thrombosis, recurrent adverse pregnancy events and other autoimmune diseases. It is widely used in autoimmune mechanism study, laboratory biomarker screening and academic research.

Assay Principle

Microplate wells are pre‑coated with phospholipid antigen. Anti‑phospholipid IgM antibodies in samples bind specifically to the coated antigen. After washing off unbound substances, HRP‑labeled anti‑human IgM conjugate is added to form immune complexes. TMB substrate is added for color development. Stop solution terminates the reaction. Read absorbance at 450 nm by microplate reader, then calculate antibody concentration against standard curve.
