This Anti‑Phospholipid IgM ELISA Kit adopts indirect enzyme‑linked immunosorbent assay for qualitative and quantitative detection of anti‑phospholipid IgM antibodies in human serum or plasma samples. Anti‑phospholipid IgM antibody is an important biomarker of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), venous and arterial thrombosis, recurrent adverse pregnancy events and other autoimmune‑related conditions. This kit is widely applied in autoimmune disease mechanism research, laboratory biomarker screening and academic study.

The microplate wells are pre‑coated with phospholipid antigen. Anti‑phospholipid IgM antibodies contained in samples bind specifically to the coated antigen. After washing away unbound substances, HRP‑labeled anti‑human IgM conjugate is added to form immune complexes. TMB substrate is added for color development, then stop solution is used to terminate the reaction. Read absorbance at 450 nm with a microplate reader, and calculate antibody concentration against the standard curve.
