This Anti-Phospholipid IgA ELISA Kit is an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the qualitative and quantitative detection of anti-phospholipid IgA antibodies in human serum or plasma samples. Anti-phospholipid antibodies are key biomarkers associated with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), recurrent miscarriage, thrombosis, and other autoimmune disorders. This kit is widely used for autoimmune mechanism research, laboratory studies, and biomarker screening.

The microplate is pre-coated with phospholipid antigen. Anti-phospholipid IgA antibodies in the samples bind to the coated antigen. After washing, HRP-labeled anti-human IgA conjugate is added to form immune complexes. TMB substrate develops color, and the reaction is terminated by stop solution. The absorbance value is read at 450 nm, and the concentration of the target antibody is calculated according to the standard curve.
