Overview

Hepatitis G Virus IgG ELISA Kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for qualitative detection of IgG antibodies against Hepatitis G Virus (HGV) in human serum. It helps to identify HGV infection status, widely used in hospital clinical labs, disease control centers and research institutes.

Principle

The microplate wells are pre-coated with HGV antigen. HGV IgG antibodies in the sample bind to the coated antigen. After washing, HRP-labeled anti-human IgG conjugate is added for reaction. Substrate solution is used for color development. The absorbance value is read by microplate reader to judge positive or negative results.
